
Richard H. Reynolds Jr.
As president and principal broker of Reynolds Realty Management, Inc., Richard Reynolds offers over 27 years’ experience in commercial real estate sales and development. Richard has attended Texarkana College, East Texas State University, and Texas A&M University of Texarkana.
Richard enjoys his involvement in various civic and community organizations. He is a 20 years member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and an active member of the Texarkana Chamber of Commerce, the TAMU-T Business Advisory Council and Foundation Board member, as well as being a CASA Advisory Board member, and a member of the Wilbur Smith Rotary Club and a Paul Harris Fellow. Richard is also a former State President of Texas Young Realtors, and a former Co-Chairman of Bowie/Miller Vision 20/20. In addition, he is a member of Partnership for the Pathway. Richard has been the recipient of many awards and recognitions during his career. He server as former State President of Parents Anonymous, Chairman of the Children’s Advocacy Center, and State Chairman of Suspected Child Abuse and Neglect (SCAN), and was a recipient of the SCAN Lifetime Achievement Award. Arkansas Governor, Mike Huckabee recognized Richard’s outstanding achievements with the Arkansas Travelers Award. |

Earlena Lena Butler
Earlena ‘Lena’ Butler, Senior Vice President, has over 13 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Earlena is responsible for client support for Richard Reynolds’ brokerage activities. As a licensed real estate sales associate, she is directly involved in researching properties and sites, project management and client communications. Earlena works directly with clients and customers to assist them with their property or project needs by providing specific site support, market research and feedback.
She is an International Council of Shopping Centers (ISCS) member, a graduate of Leardership Texarkana, sustaining member of the Junior League of Texarkana, Online Director for Komen Texarkana Race for the Cure, a member of Women for A&M – Texarkana, and several other community organizations.

Skylar Rogers
As a licensed real estate agent, Skylar Rogers has approximately a year of experience with Reynolds Realty Management Inc. He oversees the property management of various properties including the Wadley Medical Office Building, controls all web content management, and directs the firm’s marketing/advertising. Skylar has attended the Texas Academy of Mathematics & Science, University of North Texas, and is currently finishing his BA in Business Marketing at Texas A&M – Texarkana. He is also actively pursuing his real estate broker’s license.
